Adult Drug Court
The Drug Court Program provides drug treatment and intensive supervision to non-violent drug offenders and drug-related felony larceny offenders.
Therapeutic Docket
The Therapeutic Docket is a post-plea docket serving Albemarle and Charlottesville. It targets defendants who have been diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness.
Local Probation
The Local Probation Program provides supervision for misdemeanor and class 5 and 6 felony offenders in accordance with the Comprehensive Community Corrections Act.
Pretrial Services
The Pretrial Services Program provides background information on a defendant to assist judges in making more informed release and bond decisions.
Reentry Services
The program focuses on reducing the barriers to successful reintegration into the community.
